So created from up I bored eating… extra pizza (or favorite… Mexican… Key Pie… yum) my sky-high.

Last I normal Day Diet-way… me it’s “Extreme Plan” (there are Plans, each goals.)
So, days lower-cal, lower-carb eating, ate calories food (so good!) But is crucial. just it. Don’t worry… I exactly do it.
The morning more abs.
I to EODD-style eating, which btw… later Key Pie… and you know? the day.
Now I’m as “peak” — to top December. time this weeks a photoshoot… unless to 5% bodyfat (and probably not) you to it.
