Secret #1: Exercise in the morning:<br />
Is there a best time to burn fat?<br />
An optimal time to work-out that will produce maximum fat loss?<br />
Most people exercise later in the day. Typically hopping on the stairmaster or lifting some weights during their lunch break or after the work day is finished.<br />
The problem with exercising during these afternoon time slots is that food has been consumed before the exercise. As a result, the body uses much of what you&#8217;ve eaten before your workout for energy instead of burning your on-hand fat supplies.<br />
If you want to burn fat at your optimal rate the best time to exercise is in the morning, before you&#8217;ve eaten anything because your stomach is empty. As a result your body will be forced to rely more on your already existing body fat for energy&#8230; meaning that you will lose a greater quantity of your disgusting flab.<br />
Secret #2: Strength training followed by endurance:<br />

1. Focus on metabolic efficiency<br />
It&#8217;s not the speed of your metabolism that makes you overweight&#8230; it&#8217;s the efficiency. <p>If you ever feel like you cannot lose body fat nomatter what you try to do, then pay special attention to the concepts in this article. Let&#8217;s take a look at one of the biggest reasons so many people struggle to lose body fat once and for all.</p>
<p>The Biggest Reason Why People Have Trouble Trying to Lose Body Fat</p>
<p>The reason is this: they eat too many calories.</p>
<p>Sounds incredibly simple doesn&#8217;t it? In fact you have probably heard this before somewhere. It is basic, simple, but is the biggest reason that people have trouble trying to lose body fat.</p>
<p>They do not have trouble because they have some physiological disorder, not because they aren&#8217;t doing enough cardio, not because they were born with bad genes, not because they are &#8220;failures,&#8221; not because they have no will power, just simply because they take in too many calories.</p>
<p>Unfortunately this message gets lost in the media where everyone in the magazines or newspaper seems to have some newly discovered &#8220;miracle&#8221; concept about why you haven&#8217;t been able to lose body fat. Before you know it you are thinking it is because of a hundred different reasons and your head is spinning because you are so confused.</p>
<p>That brings us up the next important point.</p>
<p>The Biggest Reason Why We Eat Too Many Calories</p>
<p>The reason is this: too much processed food.</p>
<p>Have you ever looked at the nutritional info of a pre packaged muffin? One of these muffins might be small in size but has 450-600 calories! Foods like this simply do you make you feel full.  You could eat three or four and be hungry again an hour later. The same holds true for other processed foods like bagels, donuts, potato chips, fast food, soda, and other foods that are not filling but are extremely calorie dense.</p>
<p>If you diet consists of a lot of foods that fit this description then I can almost guarantee that you have excess body fat that you want to lose.</p>
<p>Trying to simply consume less processed food than you normally do is not the best answer either. If you purposely try to eat the same foods but less of them then you will be taking in less calories but will not feel full.</p>
<p>An Excellent Solution to This Problem</p>
<p>Trying cutting out processed foods and replacing them with lots of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. These foods are all very filling but are not overly calorie dense.</p>
<p>These foods are great for helping you lose body fat simply because you can eat until you feel full without having to worry about taking all the excess calories from the bad foods you may have eaten before.</p>
<p>You see, trying to lose body fat is simply a matter of taking in less calories from calorie dense foods and replacing them with more calories from vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins. Having a cheat meal 2 or 3 times per week will not affect you if you are eating good food the rest of the time.</p>
<p>Another excellent way to help with this process is to begin an exercise program that is specifically geared towards helping you lose body fat. This does not involve doing hours of endless cardio and using the strength training machines. The best exercise program to lose body fat is much different than that. <p>Oh… speaking of a flat belly… I’d like to give you yet another reason to eat and workout the way I suggest in “Every Other Day Diet” and “7 Minute Body”…</p>
<p>I had to go to the hospital last week. No worries… I’m fine… just a bit of a scare. Definitely enough to wake you up from walking through life like it will never end! But fortunately for me, only a scare.</p>
<p>Anyway, the doctors in the hospital were amazed when they looked at my heart and lungs (they had to make sure I did not have any infection… and I didn’t.)</p>
<p>“Most 46-year-olds do not have these around their heart,” the doctor said as he showed me the pictures they took. You could see all these vessels around the heart and branching off the main arteries.</p>
<p>“Peripheral vessels… they were formed by your exercise program. Well-done! These help keep your heart strong and healthy.”</p>
<p>Every doc that listened to my heart said, “Wow… strong heart!”</p>
<p>Indeed… resistance training makes it so.</p>
<p>Before I left, after the scare went away, I asked the doctor his opinion on my dietary plan. “Well, obviously you are very lean and in fantastic shape for a man of any age.”</p>
<p>Thanks doc, but I wasn’t fishing for a compliment!  Since this was a heart doctor I was curious as to his thoughts.</p>
<p>“If you had heart disease, or if you want to prevent it, this is the exact dietary plan I would recommend.”</p>
<p>While I expected to hear this, it was still music to my ears.</p>
<p>So, my higher-than-normal dietary fat and protein, lower-carb, and relatively frequent “fun food” dietplan is “ideal” to combat heart disease according to the good doc. And according to my family doctor.</p>

<p>Remember:  A good dietplan and exercise is not always sufficient to keep you disease-freee… but I love what the doctor told me.  “People who exercise and eat like you LIVE through it and recover much faster.”</p>
<p>Fortunately I didn’t have a nasty virus to recover from… but if I did, I know my condition would have helped me do just that.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let&#8217;s look at ten ways to lose body fat in a no-nonsense way.  It would be great to do it by waving a magic wand and since that&#8217;s not possible let&#8217;s just look at these ways to get started and to keep at it.<br />
Number one is to set a goal. You need to set up a goal as to how much you want to lose, the amount you want to lose body fat. Consider what size jeans you want to fit into, and how you want to look. Write down your current weight and pants size. I know it is shameful and I did not tell you to go show everyone, just write down your weight and pants size. Now, that should be at the top of the page and at the bottom of the page write down your target weight and pants size, the size you want to be when you lose body fat.   All that space between is to show progress (numbers should go down not up). Each week at the end of the week, write down your weight and pants size at that time. Don&#8217;t expect a quick change.  Be prepared to be patient to lose body fat.<br />
Number two is change eating habits. Eat foods that are low in sugar menus and cut out calories as much as possible and cut out gluten based foods if you want to lose body fat.<br />
Number three is cut out the eating out. If you have to eat out, don&#8217;t get anything in the large size and remember the calories of the foods you are eating.  Often foods have more calories than you expect so it can keep you from you goal that is to lose body fat.<br />
Number four is increase calcium intake. Take a pill if required, but push your calcium levels up to 1300 to 1500 mg per day.<br />
Number five is kick out the sodas. Cut sodas out of your diet and focus on water. Even energy drinks can be bad and have sugar, including the healthy ones.  All of those will keep you from you goal which is to lose body fat.<br />
Number six is increase the number, but not size of meals. This goes without saying when looking at a diabetic meal plan, but you should have about six, small meals a day.  One mean a day is not the healthy way to go and will sabotage your goal which is to lose body fat.<br />
Number seven is exercise. Get into a routine of ten minutes a day of exercise and stick to it. Look online for great tips in this area.  Find a calendar or a place to check this off so you are moving toward your goal to lose body fat.<br />
Number eight is stop drinking alcohol. It goes right to the belly and produces the &#8220;beer gut&#8221; that is so dreaded.  With belly fat you automatically have body fat and that will be counter to your goal to lose body fat.<br />
Number nine is don&#8217;t eat late. Cut out those snacks between your last meal and bedtime. There is no way you will burn that energy while sleeping.  Keep your goal in mind which is to lose body fat.<br />
Number ten and last is simple, stick with it. Don&#8217;t give up, expect slow progress, but keep at it and your paper will eventually equal that target goal at the bottom of the page.  In the meantime you will be healthier and will lose body fat.</p>
